Exploration call

Everyone starts here…schedule an Exploration Call, one 30-minute meeting, to learn more about working with me. I will find out more about you and what is drawing you to coaching or counseling, or help you discern between the two. Together we will decide if my support is a good fit for you.

Fee

Journey support

If we decide this is a good fit for support, we move on to Journey Support. Although the details will be different, the structure will be similar. In our first session, we will explore where you are now and what areas of that need attention for growth or healing. From there we will meet regularly (generally weekly or bi-weekly) as you continue to discover more, experiment with decisions, practice new patterns, and reflect on what you are learning about yourself. We will periodically evaluate this support and make changes as needed, including a transition for ending.

sESSION Fee

$75, $90, $110

A note about choosing your fee: I bring a considerable amount of expertise and training to my work, which is reflected in the upper range of my fees. I also want this kind of support to be as accessible as possible so I created a tiered system.

Please consider your own resources and choose a tier that reflects your ability to pay for this support:

  • The lowest tier may be appropriate if paying more would adversely impact your ability to pay for essential needs.

  • The middle tier may be appropriate if you are able to afford coaching/counseling and essential needs.

  • The upper tier may be appropriate if you have disposable income after paying for essential needs.

ARDUOUS PATH SUPPORT

Sometimes really hard things happen. So hard you feel like you can’t find your way through, over, or around them. These may include (but are not limited to)…

  • Losing a loved one who was very meaningful in your life

  • Suddenly losing your job

  • Experiencing a health condition that is disrupting your ability to function

reduced Fee

Please note that these rates are only available to clients who are experiencing a significant life challenge that is also impacting their financial situation.
